    They are both effective and engaging ways for our young people to get active and improve their fitness, flexibility, and coordination. In addition to the physical benefits, BJJ and striking can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mood and self-confidence.

    By providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people to learn and practice these skills, we can instill skills that positively promote their wellbeing and growth.

  • Mixed martial arts or MMA is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting. If you are new, want to break a sweat or learn some serious self defense skills whilst keeping fit, MMA is for you. Our Coaches come prepared to help you learn and develop your technique and support you to reach your full potential. MMA will test your endurance and your mental strength, but you will come away with not only a set of new skills but also a community of others alongside you. If you are NEW to MMA join our fundamentals class now, a 30 minute quick burn to learn some of the basics before you transition to our main MMA classes.

    Whether you're new to wrestling or refining your skills for competition, our classes focus on technique, strength, and strategy to help you dominate on the mat. Designed for all levels, this program builds takedown precision, control, and resilience, giving you the tools to excel in wrestling, MMA, or self-defense

  • Our women’s program is returning on Saturdays at 9 AM in mid-March, offering free fundamental Kickboxing training in a supportive and empowering environment.

    This class is intended to help wāhine build confidence, develop assertiveness, and strengthen both body and mind through the art of striking. Whether you're here to learn self-defense, improve fitness, or connect with like-minded women, this session is about lifting each other up and embracing strength in all forms.

    To Participate in this class you will need:

    • 16oz Gloves

    • Usual Gym wear

    • Easily removable shoes (Sandals, Jandals, Slides, etc)
